First off let's look at the traditional to do list. There are many varieties available and I really think it just comes down to personal preference. Which style works best for you. Do you like everything in one place? If so, a big planner binder would probably be a good solution.

Here are some more items to consider when choosing a to do list:
Do you like separate lists by day?
Do you like your list broken out in sections by certain categories?
Do you work best with one long to do list?
Do you want a monthly, weekly, or daily calendar?
Do you need areas to keep "extras" such as receipts, credit cards, business cards, etc?
